Founder & CEO
Jason Sparschu
Jason graduated with honors from Western Michigan University with a major in Accountancy. He did an internship with Deloitte during his college career as well as with Doeren Mayhew (DM). After experiencing both corporate settings he decided to become an auditor with Doeren Mayhew (DM) after graduation, a well-respected smaller firm where he was able to gain unparalleled experience and take on much more responsibility when compared to a big four firm. After spending his time as an auditor he was then hired as the Corporate Controller for a client company valued at approx. $20 million. He spent a year as the Corporate Controller for that company when he then received an even more lucrative offer as a Controller for a company valued much higher in Beverly Hills, which he worked at for over three years before going full time on his own via IAG.
Between his various positions in the accounting and finance world he has gained immense knowledge not only on auditing and tax work, but also general business management and structure. The different firms and companies he has worked at has given him a wide exposure to a variety of operations and businesses as a whole. He has personally been in and out of companies both successful and not from an auditing stand point so he has gained detailed knowledge on trends and practices that make or break businesses. Furthermore, Jason's two positions as a controller have given him tremendous insight on managing and running large, high revenue earning organizations. As a controller you oversee all accounting and finance for a company as well as assume some general management responsibilities. Both of his positions as a controller were fully encompassing of the company, meaning he ran the vast majority of the paper side of the businesses as well as performed some general management of employees, office locations, and clients. The experience he has gained and individuals he has worked under have made him an expert at business management as well as tax prep/advisement.
